2 Bedroom Oceanfront Penthouse with AC
Thank you for your interest and consideration of our beautiful Hawaii condo, Kona Moana Kai. We purchased the condo in March 2020, and it had never been used as a vacation rental before. We are just the 3rd owners, so you will be able to experience this cared for condo and enjoy the Hawaiian lifestyle on prestine grounds.
Koana Moana Kai boasts 798 square feet of living space along with an approximate 200 extra square feet of outdoor lanai space. The spacious Master Bedroom includes a new King Bed and private lanai with mountain views. The welcoming Loft includes a newer Queen Bed, love seat, desk and walk-in cedar lined closet. One large bathroom easily accommodates all guests. Fully stocked kitchen includes new full size refrigerator, new sink/faucet, new coffee maker, new dishwasher, full size oven/range, microwave, and new washer/dryer. Enjoy quality Hawaiian furniture in the front room along with Hi-Speed internet, cable TV and 2 AC units. New ceramic tile flooring was installed throughout in December, 2021. (Please note: photos were taken before the new flooring and appliances were installed.)
We are situated in the Kona Makai condo complex off of well known Ali'i Drive. Luckily for you, our condo is conveniently situated between amazing beaches, great restaurants and lots of shopping. Not to mention an INCREDIBLE snorkeling and diving site right in front of the condo!! Enjoy watching whales and dolphins from your lanai along with viewing the immaculate landscaped grounds. Other prime amentities include FREE parking, gated entrance, two tennis courts, large pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, bbq's, beach front lounge chairs, stunning sunsets and access to the ocean.
The Big Island has it all. Nowhere else in the world will you find the diversity available here. Pristine rain forests, lava deserts, world-class beaches, snow-covered mountains, an active volcano, dazzling sunsets and just about every activity you can think of. The island is HUGE – about the size of Connecticut. You won't run out of things to do or places to see!

Amenities include AC units in the family room & master bedroom, high speed internet, cable tv, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/range, microwave, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, Tide pods, Bounce sheets, dish soap, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, 4 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 1 beach umbrella, small ice chest, and hair dryer. Condo grounds include full size pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong table, gas bbq's, 2 tennis courts, covered parking & gated entrance.
Rates
Reach out to me via the email link and I will quote you a nightly rate, plus applicable HI taxes (17.75%) and a one-time cleaning/service fee of $200.00. Rates are subject to increase between November-March.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people. 3 night minimum stay required.
